 Walking BluesApril 9, 2012 I had a request to do a lesson on Walking Blues, one of my favorite Blues tunes. I learned it from a Paul Butterfield recording, but Robert Johnson did it many years before. I play it in A on a D harp. You can find it in Intermediate and in Blues as well. There are several more verses- I attached a sheet of the lyrics as a pdf.

 My One and Only LoveMarch 24, 2012 I had a request to do a lesson on this beautiful Jazz ballad, so here it is: "My One And Only Love". I put it in the Advanced section, but the melody is playable without overblows, and the chord changes are not difficult, either. So I would advise Intermediate players to take a look at this as well. I recorded this tune on the CD "Cappuccino", and often play it live on piano and harmonica simultaneously.

Howard on TV TonightFebruary 23, 2012 I will be interviewed and play solo on "Chicago Tonight" with Phil Ponce, on WTTW, PBS TV, Channel 11 from Chicago. The show is on the air at 7PM and 10PM, and also I think at midnight- check their website.
